Famously known as 大姐 in the team, she is a Certified Trainer with the Human Resource Development Corporation Malaysia (HRDC), and also a successful entrepreneur with a proven track record of exceeding goals and targets. If one were to use just a word to describe her – “Mystique”. There is always an air of secrecy surrounding her, with her high heels, she can be ‘deadly’ to anyone who does not know her. However, once you get to know her, she is just so bubbly and to a certain extend motherly.
She possess the personality of Xena, the warrior princess. A tough cookie, who has problem solving skills and capable of handling difficult situation (thanks to her 26 years of service in the aviation industry). Her remarkable prowess and creativity with the graphics application makes her an assets to IMPACT PHOENIX PLT, especially in the area of digital marketing, contents and graphics. With her wits and cheeky personality, she effectively a team builder with a strong passion in training.

‘Serious’ is his middle name when it comes to work—but don’t let that fool you! This cute, round, huggable brainiac aced a magna cum laude B.Tech (Hons) in Information Systems from University Technology of PETRONAS and leveled up with a sparkling MBA from UNITAR International University. Fondly known as Min 哥哥 in the team, he is very informative, detailed, and can be lengthy at times…(*hehe). He was head hunted by renowned multinational companies like Intel, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Accenture Consulting as their business analyst and consultant.
He took a challenge to join the aviation industry and now is an accomplished commercial airline pilot with a solid background in flight safety, data analysis and investigation. The Pandemic never stop him. He took the biggest challenge and enter into the ‘uncharted territory’ of bereavement services. Emerging from the trials of the pandemic, Min 哥哥 successfully build his credentials in the bereavement industry.
